Andy's Gardening Franchise Business

I have been running my Ed's business for a long time now - nine years. I am still enjoying it. What I like the most about this franchise is the flexibility to run it like a management franchise. This works perfectly for me as I have other business interests that require my attention. I can delegate the day to day running of the business, allowing me to focus on the bigger picture. I'm now into my sixth year as an Ed's Business Owner and I'm enjoying life at the helm of a successful gardening business. One of the things I love about this business is having been able to get my son involved with it. The plan is for my son to fully take over this business and move it on to the next level. It's been a fantastic training ground for him and I get great satisfaction from being able to give him this opportunity.

Having already built a successful drainage business I was looking for the next challenge and an opportunity to expand. I was already seeing demand for gardening services sparking my interest in a gardening franchise. By buying half of an existing business from Ed’s operator John I have been able to hit the ground running with an established customer base with the intention to expand by putting a further 1-2 vans on the road in the coming year.
