Ed Mauleverer, the founder and figurehead of Ed’s Garden Services, isn’t a man to let the grass grow under his feet.
Working in the City as a successful management consultant, he longed to trade his desk for a life outdoors and be surrounded by Nature instead of spreadsheets.
So he walked away from his successful career and set up his own garden services business. Ed surprised himself at how quickly and successfully his garden services business developed and realised that he had struck on something that was definitely scalable and the franchise journey evolved from there.
He decided to share that success by franchising his know-how and his business – and from the moment his first franchisee joined in 2007, Ed has seen the seed he planted blossom into the UK’s largest garden maintenance franchise network with more than 40 independent business owners trading under his banner today.
As a Qualified Franchise Professional, Ed is proud that his business has been developed according to British Franchise Association guidelines, subscribes to its ethical standards, and is a wholly British company. We already have over 40 franchisees, but there’s room for plenty more! See what our franchisees have to say about their experiences in these videos then, if you’re tempted to join them.
