Before Ed's I was an employed estate gardener for a number of years. I always enjoyed gardening but I was looking for more in terms of career development. Ed's has been great for me. I was confident delivering the garden services from the start but the business side was all new to me. However, it didn't take long until I developed the necessary skills to feel completely confident running my business. Joining Ed's really was transformational for me and has enabled me to move forward with my life on various levels. Building up a regular customer base is really rewarding. You get to know your customers well and that is a very positive part of my day to day work. I also really enjoy the training sessions and swapping ideas with different Ed's business owners. Joining Ed's was definitely the right move for me.

It will soon be my first anniversary with Ed's. I feel like I have learned so much in a a relatively short period of time. I know exactly how to run an excellent gardening business now. I have had a strong start and I am ready to take my business to higher heights in the coming year. It is very exciting and I cannot overestimate the value of being part of the Ed's team and learning from the successes of other franchisees.

I'm getting well into the swing of running my gardening business already. I cannot believe how busy I have got so quickly. I am really enjoying the whole experience and it is great to be getting so many referrals from happy customers.

I've built up a lot of gardening experience over the years and I definitely still get a big thrill from the great outdoors and gardening. That is definitely the life for me. I am in my element doing practical jobs and I am very much a people person. Before joining Ed's I worked for a private estate for a number of years. Whilst I enjoyed my time there, I always had a niggle that I really wanted to develop my role further and have control of my own business. I take pride in my work and to have my own business to be proud of takes that to a whole new level. In summary, I guess I just want to develop my full potential. Joining Ed's is a very exciting step for me.
