One of the great things about Ed's is the other business owners. I find that if ever I have a question or challenge, there is someone else to talk things through with. We really help each other out whenever we can and that makes a world of difference when you are running a business.

I've learned so much since joining Ed's. The past five years have gone by in a flash and I've developed so much over that time. In Ed's you are supported no matter how long your business has been running and certainly not just when you start up. I think that's great as you face different challenges at different times but never alone.

I moved from South Africa with my family in 2016 and was looking for a good business to run. Ed's outdoorsy nature suited me perfectly and I could see from meeting the Ed's team and other Operators that they were a slick team. There are lots of great things to say about Ed's but for me the teamwork aspect stands out. As well as all the support from the Ed's Office team, the Operators really help each other out. Although you have your own stand-alone business, you always feel part of a great team. Mark (Bournemouth) has supported me so much since I started out and I've never felt like I'm in it alone. Now I am more experienced, I love being able to help Mark out a bit too. It all adds to the fulfilment of the job.
