Ed says \u201cIt is very important to us as full BFA members to strive to uphold the values of responsible and ethical franchising. This not only lies with me but with other key members of our management team. Annette has significant involvement in a range of Ed\u2019s key functions, from franchisee recruitment to network coaching and PR.
