We asked Rich how things are going for him. This is what he had to say\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201d Well, I feel like my energy levels have been running high ever since I made the decision to join Ed’s. It really has been exciting. As soon as I knew that Ed’s was the right venture for me, I just wanted to get on with the process and get myself ready for opening shop.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n “My initial training period has gone really well. Furthermore, my training has been of a high standard and well-pitched for my needs. It has been varied and interesting. I like that my initial training had a good split between being office-based and out on the road. I feel very well prepared for starting my business. Furthermore, being a rock climbing instructor myself, I understand just how important it is to put all the training blocks in place to really make a success of things. “<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201d I felt really excited, and a bit nervous, when I switched my business on. I know it’s only natural to feel like that though. The experienced Ed’s business owners I’ve met all said they felt exactly the same. However, I am just a few weeks in and I feel a lot more confident already. I would describe my life at the moment in three words – busy, busy, busy! Lots of work coming through and the weather has been very kind to me. I have had some really interesting jobs too which is great. I am thoroughly enjoying the work.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n “I love waking up in the morning looking forward to my working day ahead. It is an excellent feeling to know I am working hard to build a business that is mine. So all in all, I’m extremely positive about what’s to come.
